Handcrafted to capture the wild, spirit of the wide-open prairie, this bar delivers a crisp, refreshing lather that honors pioneer heritage and timeless simplicity.

Each of the Carrie’s Prairie products is created to honor Carrie Ingalls Swanzey, her independent pioneering spirit, strong sense of community, dedicated care of her family, and her work as a pioneer newspaper manager. Carrie pushed the gender norms of her era and was one of the first solo women homesteaders to own land in the United States.

Carrie truly was an amazing individual, and it is our privilege to honor her by donating $2.00 from each purchase to the preservation and restoration of the history and legacy of the Ingalls and Wilder families.
